Apple is one of the most popular companies in the world known for its good looking products and powerful and visually delighting software. Founded in the late 70s by Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs Apple produced its first computer in about 100 units and had to be manually assembled. Today Apple is best known for its iPhone mobile phone and for the iPod which basically changed the music market. Microsoft is and probably will be its main rival.

I bought my first apple in 1979, and have enjoyed using them ever since. I finally don't mind #microsoft anymore, they have good products and with Bill Gates giving away all that money you gotta respect the guy. Even though I am now a Microsoft supporter and use their products frequently, my heart is still with Apple, Jobs and Woz :)
